These terms govern your use of this website. They do not govern any construction work — that is governed by the written contract you sign, which takes precedence over anything here.

Everything on this site, including the photographs, the drawings and the written copy, is our property and may not be reproduced without permission. The photographs in particular are made by us, of our own work, and are licensed to nobody.

Budget ranges published on project pages are what those specific projects cost, on those specific sites, in the year they were built. They are published because they are useful. They are not quotations, and your project will have its own number based on its own conditions.

Specifications quoted on service pages describe how we build under normal conditions. Site conditions, engineering requirements and local codes can and do change them.

We make no warranty that this site will be available without interruption or free of error. Where the law allows, our liability arising from your use of this website is limited to nothing, which is what you paid to use it.

These terms are governed by the law of the State of New Jersey.
