What we collect,
and why.

This page describes what this website collects and what we do with it. It is written to be read, not to be defensible.

When you submit the consultation form we collect your name, email address, phone number, town, project type, budget range, timeline, anything you type in the notes field, and any photographs you attach. We use that to reply to you and to prepare a written range. It is stored in our content system, sent to our own inbox, and passed to our customer relationship tool. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone who is not working on your enquiry.

If you accept measurement cookies we load Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity, which record how pages are used, and Google Ads conversion tracking, which tells us whether an advertisement led to an enquiry. Clarity records a session replay of your interaction with the site; it masks form field contents by default. If you decline, none of these load at all — not in a limited mode, not at all.

We keep enquiry records for seven years, because that is how long we may need them for warranty and tax purposes. You can ask us to delete yours sooner by emailing the address in the footer, and we will do it within thirty days unless we are legally required to keep it.

This site is hosted on infrastructure that keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for a short period for security purposes.

If you are a New Jersey resident, you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted. Email us and we will handle it.
